We take great pride in creating unique, high-quality products for our customers. Because many of our items are custom-made and personalised, please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Custom & Personalised Orders
- We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom or personalised items unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all details (spelling, dates, colours, design specifications) are correct at the time of ordering. Once an order has been placed, changes cannot be made.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
- If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
3. Standard Products
- For non-personalised items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Shipping Issues
- Everjoy Creative is not responsible for delays or loss once orders are handed to the postal or courier service.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be held liable for incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Policy
1. Processing & Production Time
- Each order is handmade with care. Production times vary depending on the item and order volume.
- For custom and personalised items, please allow additional time for design and approval before production begins.
- If you have a wedding, event, or special occasion coming up, we recommend contacting us early to lock in design and production time.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the order. You are able to choose your preferred method during checkout. If you're location is not available please contact us via email.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Estimated Delivery Times:
- VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, TAS
- Standard Postage: 4-7 business days
- Express Postage: 1-3 business day
- WA, NT, FNQ
- Standard Postage: 5-8 business days
- Express Postage: 4-5 business days

4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
5. Shipping Issues
- Everjoy Creative is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen parcels once they have been handed to the courier/postal service.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Local pick up
- Available on request. Please contact us to arrange pick up.
7. International Shipping
- At this stage, we only ship within Australia. If you’re located overseas and interested in our products, please get in touch to discuss possible options.
