1. Orders & Customisation
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all details for custom and personalised items (including spelling, dates, and design specifications) are correct at the time of ordering.
- Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made. Please double-check your order before proceeding.
- Colours, finishes, and wood grain may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to natural variations and monitor settings. Each piece is unique.
2. Production & Turnaround Times
- As a growing small business, our turnaround times may vary depending on order volume and design complexity.
- If you require products for a wedding, event, or special occasion, we recommend contacting us as early as possible to secure design and production time.
- Cake toppers and smaller items are prioritised for quicker turnaround where possible.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship within Australia using trusted carriers. Delivery times are estimates and outside our direct control once dispatched.
- Everjoy Creative is not liable for delays caused by postal or courier services.
4. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the custom and personalised nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can arrange a replacement or resolution.
5. Intellectual Property
- All designs, product images, and creative content on our website and social media remain the intellectual property of Everjoy Creative.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our designs without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Everjoy Creative is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our products.
- All products should be used as intended. Items such as cake toppers and signage are decorative and not toys.
7. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled under Australian law.
